Sure, you could always book yourself a ticket on a train if you feel like a little lounge time in the dinner car — but what if you don’t feel like going anywhere? In that case, try making a visit to The Passenger. This Malasaña hangout was designed by Parolio and is meant to resemble the inside of a train car — a very swanky train, mind you. A coffee shop by day and rock n’ roll bar by night, inside you’ll find plenty of dark wood, brown leather, brass finished, fantastic cocktails craft beers, and small plate foodstuffs. But the real kicker is the “windows”, which are actually three screens playing synchronized videos to make you feel as if you’re on the move — that is, of course, if the booze isn’t doing that already. Tired of your growlers going flat before you have a chance to finish them? Well then drink faster! Just kidding — you should look into a TapIt Cap ($45). This clever new gadget fits over your growler’s opening, ensuring that the beer in your growler stays fresh, carbonated, and ready to drink. Thanks to a slot that accepts standard-sized CO2 canisters and a built-in tap and tap handle, it turns your growler into a handheld keg and tap, perfect for barbecues, social gatherings, or anytime you want fresh, draught craft beer. We’ve had plenty of beer-based concoctions before, but a milkshake? the Samuel Adams Octoberfest Milkshake ($TBA) is here to make us believers. Available through November 11 at Red Robin, this unique drink is a blend of soft serve ice cream, Samuel Adams Octoberfest draft, vanilla, and caramel, and pairs well with the chain’s warm pretzel bites and Pub Crawl Tavern Burger, which boasts beer cheese spread, beer mustard-onions, and bacon. There are simple ping pong tables that double as beer pong tables — with no worries about the sticky, smelly aftermath. Then there are Eleven Ravens Ping Pong Tables ($TBA). Straddling the line between art and sport, these gorgeous tables sport strikingly unique designs, which are created by hand by skilled artisans in a moisture-controlled environment using high-quality wood materials in order to maintain the highest quality possible. Which also leads us to believe that they cost every bit as spectacular as they look — but that’s just a guess. {Source}

As much fun as Instagram can be, it’s still missing something: actual prints. Instaprint ($400) aims to fix this problem by hooking up to your Wi-Fi network and printing out any image it comes across containing a specific location or hashtag. This means your friends can get in on the action as well, turning the Instaprint into a focal point of your next party, gathering, or beer bash. [via] Source: Instaprint
